Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
1 whole Fresh coconut sliced
2 inches of skinned Ginger
1 whole garlic peeled
4 or 5 Green Chillies
1Cup water add as required to make thicker or thinnner paste
Salt to taste
5 Tsp of sunflower oil
1Tsp mustard seed
2 twigs of curry leaves
1/2 tsp of uridh dhall
Direction
Blend All together in blender and ground it finely add water and salt
check the spice and then keep aside in a bowl.
Pour oil in the pan
add mustard seed and curry leaves finaly add uridh dhall
allow it to splatter,Finally add mustard,curry leaves and oil to coconut chutney bowl and mix it well
