Anbu's Hyderabad Korma
Lamb or Chicken Or meat


Cooking Time 30 Minutes
Puree all the following ingredients
Ingrediants 1


1  Large Red Onion
2.5 cm Ginger Root
7 Garlic Cloves
3 Green Chillies




Ground All the following  Dry spices in Blender  
Ingrediants 2
 *if you don't have whole spices ,you can use powdered,whole spices give very fresh fragrence



3Tsp Corriander(cilantro) seeds
3 Tsp Cumin
1 Cinnamon quill
4 Cloves
3 Cardamom
1/4 Cup Blanched almonds
1/4 Cashew Nuts


Pan fry all the above ingrediants until you get fresh roasted smell ,and then cool it.
Mix
Ingrediants 3


1 tsp Saffron strands
50 ml Hot Milk




Ingrediants 4


60 ml or 4 tsp Sunflower oil
1 Tsp Mustard seed
5 Curry leaves
3 Bay leaves
2 Aniseed
2 Cinnamon quill
1 Small Red onion chopped finely
1.5Kg Lamb Cubed
 Salt




Ingrediants 5
1 Cup Natural Plain Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Water




Directions

* Puree all the Ingrediants 1,
* Ground all the Ingrediants 2 ie dry  whole spices in  a blender,
* Mix Ingrediant 3
*Pour oil in a deep dish pan,
*Add mustard seed and curry leaves wait untill it splatters,
*Add bay Leaves,cinnamon quill,aniseed fry until you get spicy
  fragrence
*Add chopped onions  fry untill it's brown,
*Add Ingredients 1 toss it until it starts to turn half brown colour,
*Add Lamb and salt to taste and mix it well so lamb get coated with
  all the spices
*Add Ingredients 2 mix well
* Add Ingredients 3
* Finally add Ingredients 5
*Cook @ low heat for 20 minutes check whether sufficient water all the time,
*Garnish with 3 Tsp Fresh Corriander chopped  and serve with rice
